To actively participate in the Apprenticeship training programme, whilst achieving individual sales and profit targets through offering exceptional customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
To show commitment and determination to successfully complete the work based training programme, achieving an apprenticeship levels 2 & 3.
To attend appropriate meetings/training sessions, to participate fully and be professional and positive on all occasions.
To effectively complete all documentation required to the specified standard as set out by the appropriate training bodies.
To consistently deliver excellent customer service by following the sales process.
To achieve personal set targets ensuring shop profitability.
To pay attention to detail at all times, to ensure that shop losses are kept to a minimum and that Company policy, procedures and standards are adhered to.
To work as an enthusiastic team member and contribute to the creation of a fun, caring and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Good organisation and time management skills.
Willingness to learn and have a keen interest in the travel industry.
Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
PC Literate.

Pay starts at £120 per week with the opportunity to earn more via sales incentives and rewards whilst gaining a wealth of knowledge and skills in the travel industry.
